Information collected automatically
When you use the Site or open our emails, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, links you click, the website that referred you, approximate location based on your IP address, and whether you opened or clicked an email. We collect this with cookies, pixels, and similar tools, as described in Section 4. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information collected at our venue
We use security cameras, some of which record audio, in public areas of our venue, as described in Section 10. Our point-of-sale, lane management, and arcade systems also record transactions, lane assignments, scores, and game card activity.
Information from others
We may receive information about you from our booking, payment, and gift card platforms; from the person who books a party you attend or adds you to a league roster; from USBC for sanctioned league play; and from social media platforms when you interact with our pages, depending on your settings there.

- Comply with the law, enforce our Terms, and protect our legal rights.
- For any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, or with your consent.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Between our companies. Flamingo Bowl, Inc. and Twenty Fifth Lane, Inc. share information with each other to operate the venue as one guest experience, such as gift cards that work across the venue and events that include food and beverage service.
- Service providers. We use companies that help us run our business, such as our online reservation platform, point-of-sale and gift card provider, payment processors, email and text messaging platforms, website hosting, analytics providers, and job application platform. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Leagues and USBC. League rosters, scores, and averages may be shared with league officers and members and reported to the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) for sanctioned play. Standings and scores may be posted at the venue or online.
- Advertising partners. When you use our Site, advertising platforms such as Google and Meta may collect information through cookies and pixels to help us show you our ads and measure their results, as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to respond to law enforcement; or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our guests, staff, or business.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so they can deliver them.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels and similar tools are small pieces of code that report activity to us or our partners. We use these tools to:
- Make the Site work, such as keeping booking forms working as you move between pages. These are always on.
- Understand Site traffic with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which tell us which pages are visited and how visitors find us. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Advertise and measure ads. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, which let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google use cookies on our Site to show you our ads on other websites and apps and to tell us whether our ads worked.
Types of cookies on our Site.
Type | Examples | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
Necessary | Our website platform; our online reservation and gift card systems | Keeps the Site and booking forms working and remembers your cookie choices | Mostly until you close your browser; cookie-choice settings up to 12 months |
Analytics | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the Site | Up to 2 years |
Advertising | Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag | Shows our ads to people who visited the Site and tells us whether the ads led to bookings | Generally up to 90 days, though Meta and Google may keep data longer under their own policies |
Third-party services we link to or embed, such as our reservation and gift card platforms, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Durations are approximate and set by the providers.
Your cookie choices. Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline them, and you can change your choice at any time through the [Cookie Settings] link in our footer. Under some state privacy laws, the advertising cookies can count as “targeted advertising,” and declining them opts you out. See Section 5 for other ways to opt out.
Browser privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, which have no common standard.
5. Your Choices
- Marketing emails: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text, or opt out by any other reasonable means, such as calling or emailing us. Reply HELP for help. Each of our text programs is separate, so replying STOP stops texts from that program only. See Section 15 of our Terms & Conditions for program details.
- Targeted advertising: Decline optional cookies in our cookie banner or Cookie Settings, turn on GPC in your browser, or email us at hello@flamingobowlonline.com. You can also use the opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org and the ad settings on your device and social media accounts.
- Cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as online booking, may not work without them.
If you opt out of marketing, we will still send transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, receipts, and reminders about reservations you’ve made.
6. Your Privacy Rights
We give all of our guests the following rights, whether or not the law of their state requires it. You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you and get a copy in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we have about you.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, email hello@flamingobowlonline.com or call (956) 686-1286. We will verify your identity before responding, usually by matching information you give us against our records. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof of authorization and confirm your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by another 45 days if needed, with notice to you.
Some information we must keep, such as transaction records required for tax and accounting, information needed to complete a booking, or information needed for legal claims or fraud prevention. If we can’t fulfill all or part of a request, we will tell you why. If you disagree with our decision, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing hello@flamingobowlonline.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Premier Club and similar programs offer benefits in exchange for your contact information. You may leave them at any time, but we can’t provide program benefits without the information needed to run them.
7. Children and Youth Programs
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Online bookings, purchases, and sign-ups must be made by an adult.
For youth leagues, camps, and birthday parties, we collect children’s information from a parent or guardian, who provides it with their consent and on the child’s behalf. We use it only to run the program or event, communicate with the parent or guardian, and, for sanctioned youth leagues, register the child with USBC. We do not use children’s information for marketing, sell it, or use it for targeted advertising. Youth scores and standings may be posted at the venue or online.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us personal information without your consent, or you want to review or delete your child’s information, contact us at hello@flamingobowlonline.com and we will respond promptly.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to staff who need it, using reputable service providers, and not storing full payment card numbers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email, text, or website forms. If we learn of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide services you request, maintain league and program records, honor gift card balances, meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what we need to honor your opt-out. Security camera footage is generally overwritten within about 60 days, unless we need it for an investigation, claim, or legal request.
10. Security Cameras at Our Venue
We use security cameras in public areas of our venue, including entrances, lanes, the arcade, Twenty Fifth Lane Bar & Grill, and parking areas. We do not place cameras in restrooms. We use footage for safety, security, loss prevention, investigating incidents and claims, and resolving disputes. We may share footage with law enforcement, our insurers, and our legal advisors when needed. Some of our cameras also record audio. Signs at our entrances notify guests that video and audio recording is in use.
Photos and videos taken for promotional purposes are covered by Section 17 of our Terms & Conditions.
11. Guests Outside the United States
We operate in the United States, and personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your home country, including Mexico. By using our Site or services, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States as described in this policy. Guests in Mexico may exercise the rights in Section 6 by contacting us.
12. Links to Other Sites
Our Site links to websites and services we don’t control, such as our online reservation system, gift card store, social media pages, and job application site. Their privacy policies apply when you use them, and we encourage you to read them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new Effective Date. If we make a material change, such as using your information in a significantly different way, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site or by email or text to customers who have given us their contact information. Where the law requires your consent to a change, we will ask for it.
