How do I request a donation for my nonprofit organization's upcoming event?

Fill out a donation form online by clicking here. Please submit request a minimum of 90 days prior to your event.

Does Flamingo Bowl have automatic teller machines (ATMs)?

Yes, ATMs are available within Flamingo Bowl

May I bring my own food and beverages into Flamingo Bowl?

Birthday cakes are the ONLY outside food permitted inside the venue. No other food or beverages are allowed.

Is smoking permitted in the venue?

Smoking is NOT permitted inside Flamingo Bowl

Can I purchase Play Cards online?

At this time, you must purchase Play Cards in house

Besides cash, what other forms of payment does Flamingo Bowl accept?

We gladly accept: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All of our terminals are equipped to accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, Flamingo Bowl does offer a military discount to all active and retired service members who present a valid military ID: 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages and 10% off bowling.

Can people of all ages go bowling?

Bowling is the perfect activity for people of all ages! For our younger bowlers, our center offers bumpers and ball ramps at no extra charge. 

How many people fit on each lane?

A maximum of 8 people may be assigned to a single lane. So, for example, if you have between 9-12 people in your group, you will receive 2 lanes. Exceptions may apply.

Are we allowed to bring in outside food or drinks?

No. Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside Flamingo Bowl.

How many chaperones do we need during our event?

We recommend that you bring in one chaperone for every pair of lanes. We normally put 5 kids per lane so you would need 1 chaperone for every 10 kids.

Are chaperones allowed to bowl as well?

Yes! Bowling will be priced as the same rate the children are paying.

What times are available?

Our current schedule allows for up to three different start times per day. The times are as follows: 9:30 am, 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. We cannot guarantee that you will still be able to bowl your desired length of time due to reservations that may follow your timeframe.

How long does it normally take to bowl one game?

Usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour per game.

What are the restrictions for using bumpers?

Bumper use is limited to kids below 46” in height.

Will the kids also get bowling shoes?

Due to the high number of kids with the same shoe size range we cannot accommodate providing shoes for all the kids. Therefore they will be bowling in socks, please be sure to remind them to wear socks on the date of your event.

Is cosmic bowling included with our package?

Yes! Cosmic bowling with kid sensitive music is included FREE on all packages (when available).

Do you offer any special meal options for kids with dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please let us know in advance if you have any kids with dietary restrictions so that we may plan accordingly.

What kind of parties can be booked online?

Good question! Currently, we do not accept online bookings for events. Since each event is different, we prefer to communicate with our guests about their specific needs for their event via telephone, in-person or via e-mail. You can request an event inquiry by clicking here.

What if I'm not absolutely, positively sure about my party's final headcount?

We get it: party guests don’t always RSVP ASAP. And that’s totally okay—just give us your best estimate for now. You’ll be able to lower your headcount up to 2 days prior to your event—and don’t forget, you can add to your headcount up until the day of your party! (Additions are based on lane availability.)

What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel? That’s fine—we just need some lead time. You can cancel your event up to 10 days before the date of the event for a full refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel your event less than 10 days before the event date, we are unable to cancel your reservation or issue a refund.

How many people are assigned to each lane?

A maximum of 8 people may be assigned to a single lane. We like to limit the number of people per lane to 5 so you can enjoy more bowling. To determine how many lanes you’ll need, just divide the total number of guests by 5 (and remember to add an extra lane for any remaining guests).So, for example, if you have between 11-14 people in your party, you will receive 3 lanes for your event.

What does the set-up/arrangement of the party area look like? Where will my guests be eating? Will they be on the lanes?

Well, you sort of snuck three questions into that one question… but that’s okay. Our food is served laneside so that you can keep the party going! Though it varies by event, food for your party will, in most cases, either be plated and served to your guests or served buffet-style.

Who is my main point of contact? Who should I ask for when I arrive?

When you arrive for your event, please check in at the front desk and provide us with your party name. We’ll then connect you to the appropriate point-person who will help get the ball rolling and set up your party with the utmost care and precision.

What if my party ends but we'd like to stay longer?

We’d love to have you stay longer! As long as availability permits, you can always buy additional lane time the day of your event. Just ask your party host and he or she will connect you with our on-site sales staff—they’ll be more than happy to assist you!

If I’m planning a kids birthday party, does the birthday child bowl for free?

The birthday child counts towards the total headcount of your party.

Should I arrive early for my party?

Due to the high volume of guests in our center, especially on the weekends, we cannot guarantee any space will be available prior to the contracted time.

Your food is too delicious- and we'd like to add more during our party. Can we do that?

Of course! If you’d like to have additional food items served during your party, simply ask your party attendant and he or she will be happy to tell you about all the additional menu options available for purchase during your event.

Can I bring my own food/drinks? How about my own birthday cake?

We’d love to accommodate, but, unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into the center except for birthday cakes.
